Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Lana’s Place Salon and Day Spa. It is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files.
In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations at least 24 hours the following fees will be applied to your credit card. Notification given less than 24 prior to appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
