My clients want their own bottles of it!I’ve been using this product for years! The Advanced Lotion Formula is hypoallergenic, which for a massage therapist who can’t use the majority of products out there due to a particular oil they commonly use, is SUPER important. The glide is just right…I’m not constantly pumping but my hands are not sliding off my clients body either. It’s not sticky, doesn’t have a scent, does not stain sheets, my clients hair doesn’t suck it up when I work on their neck and the only clients I tend to use more on have extremely dry skin or more body hair. This product does not leave my clients feeling oily and many of them have asked what it is so they can buy a tube of their own to use at home. I do between 6-14 hours of massage per week and this jug will last 2-3 months for me. As frequently as I wash my hands and arms, my skin doesn’t dry out like it would prior to using this lotion in my sessions. The only other product I use in my business is Biotones Dual-Purpose Massage Creme. For the same reasons, except that in the winter I can warm the creme up during the session by placing a dob on my arm.

Great therapeutic massage lotion. It was used by (and recommended by) my Physical Therapist. After my recent knee replacement, my physical therapist used this massage lotion on my knee. If was very helpful in stimulating blood flow and getting a deep tissue massage without rubbing or burning my skin. This is my second bottle since May, I use it daily. It soothes, moisturizes, is non-greasy and has no scent as far as I can tell. Certainly can be used on any extremities that needs therapeutic massage. Great product.

Sheer unscented massage creamThis Biotone Advanced Cream is unscented, smooth, easily spread when massaging. When massaging it goes on the skin clear and it doesn’t stain fabric. I purchased this to use after my rotator cuff surgery as a suggestion from my physical therapist. When rubbing the cream of does not get warm, which is good.

Great Lotion to use at homeI saw this lotion at my physical therapist’s office, read the ingredient list, and pressed the pump on the gallon-sized bottle to try it. It has no scent! (I love unscented products.) I rubbed it onto my hands and forearms. It absorbed quickly and didn’t leave any greasy feel. It is also nice and thick (not runny or liquid-y). I can see why massage therapists would prefer to use an oil on clients instead of this lotion. But for physical therapy and for my own home use it is great. I like it even better than unscented Lubriderm. I looked it up on Amazon when I got home, found this page and purchased the 8 ounce pump bottle. I’ll be buying it again!

Water soluble massage lotionThis is my favorite massage medium. It is completely unscented and non-allergenic (except to those who cannot use coconut oil.) It provides good glide for sliding cups, gwasha, and hand massage techniques. It is water soluble so it will wash off sheets with soap and water, unlike oil-based products. I prefer it to Biotone’s Advanced Therapy GEL. This works well for my patients and on my hands too. The pump is sometimes difficult to get started, but then it works well through the whole bottle. I can recommend this as an excellent product.

MMMMMMM this smells and feels so good!I fell in love with Biotone massage lotion over the years of getting massages. It’s “unscented,” but it does have this faint, intoxicating, amazing, neutral, soft and wonderful scent that I LOVE. It’s made with grapeseed oil, which may be what gives it this distinct aroma. The lotion is very very light, and a teeny bit greasy because, hey, it’s made for massaging. I like to use it at night before bed, because the scent is so mild and relaxing. I hold my hands up to my face and just inhale deeply, making me feel so happy!

First rate stuff. My regular LMT went on vacation and I was unimpressed by the massage oil that my new one used, so I bought this because my regular LMT uses it, It’s just wonderful.

Super Multi-Purpose Lotion + Refilling HintI researched and purchased this lotion about 8 months ago to take along to my chiropractor and massage therapist treatments; both continue to comment on how much they like working with my lotion. I love this stuff – it doesn’t smell (I have one of the most sensitive sniffers on the planet), it lasts well during a 60-minute massage, and when used as a moisturizing lotion it absorbs easily. It is also non-staining. My chiropractor got some on my slacks once and it washed-out completely. I see a few massagers complain that they need to use too much, but that hasn’t been an issue for me whatsoever. I’ve had five months worth of weekly visits to chiropractor and/or massage therapist and still have more than an ounce left in my 8-oz bottle. I’m ordering the gallon now, so I can moisturize and still have plenty left for therapy appointments! In order to refill my 8 oz bottle from the new gallon, we used a One Quart Zip-Loc bag; cut one of the bottom corners, and, like a frosting bag, squeezed the lotion into the small bottle. Worked great, no mess, no clean up.

It is indeed Biotone lotionEverything to expect of Biotone massage lotion. Im a MT with a busy practice, Ive found that I prefer Biotone for its glide (I do various techniques, mostly deep MFT release and DT), and that it doesnt stain my sheets like oil. The smell is neutral, and it mixes well with sweat and essential oils (yes, some parts of the body get a little sweaty during massages, and some lotions dont mix with the sweat).Price is about the same as what I would get it in-store for.

Have experienced Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Lotion for many years – so good I use it at home, too!I have experienced the beneficial qualities of Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Lotion for many years as many of the different professional body workers and licensed massage therapists (LMTs) I have received massage from have used Biotone – I have witnessed Biotone is often the choice of professionals I have met in my travels around the country. Biotone Advanced Therapy is such a high quality lotion that I buy it by the gallon to refill our standard lotion dispensers

at home for routine lotion use as well as self-massage of some trouble areas. Since this massage lotion is UNSCENTED, I usually blend in a couple drops of a quality essential oil in my favorite scents – either jasmine or patchouli or citrus or lavender and eucalyptus depending on my mood. Note: I never mix into the full jug, I always pour some into a smaller container to blend the scents so the full jug can remain “unscented” and ready for a different scent.Per the packaging:Ingredients: water, octyl palmitate (coconut oil ester), blend of apricot oil (prunus armeniaca), sesame oil (sesamum indicum), and grapeseed oil (vitis vinifera), canola oil (brassica napus), emulsifying wax NF (vegetable derived), glycerin (vegetable derived), grapeseed extract (vitis vinifera), carbomer, germal, gimethicone, TEA, Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate. Paraben Free and Cruelty Free.Biotone Advanced Therapy is FREE of artificial dyes and colors, such as the petrochemical sourced FD&C Blue 1 to which many people experience adverse reactions. I highly recommend Biotone Advanced Therapy for both the professional masseuse as well as the amateur providing massage to their partner.
