Beneficial but BEWARE (educate yourself!)I bought this oil to aid in weight loss. I put a few drops in my belly button and massages some onto my skin all over my stomach. This says safe for everyday use and rubbed directly onto your skin. After about a week of using this oil I found out that information is false. I had burns on my stomach from the oil. After doing some research I found out that you should mix ginger oil with another oil (such as coconut oil) as a base to keep it from burning you. Other than that I enjoyed the digestive benefits from using this. I do plan to use it again mixed with a base oil of course.

The value and the promised benefits were falsely advertisedI read so much about ginger; and the benefits. I was very optimistic, but was disappointed. I didn’t feel a difference and I used it all. Perhaps, it would have worked, but the 3 bottles were so little in size. The amount couldn’t have worked. The pricing was too high, as well.
